An Exploration of Art in Motion

Visual Arts

The Digital Arts Division in the School of Art teaches both 2D and 3D computer animation. Students explore both narrative and non-narrative approaches to animation. They develop their own concept art, character designs and stories and learn how to sequence shots and animate characters and other elements. Students also work with non-profit organizations to create animated public service announcements. The animation classes are taught by Bonnie Mitchell and Klee Miller.
